Mr. San Jose realized that he had a knack for sales during my very first role where I went door-to-door selling kitchen knives, and achieved the record breaking title for selling over 11K in product in just (10) days--a record that was over 63 years old. Afterwards he progressed quickly and his skills became recognized by key industry leaders, and Mr. San Jose was offered an internship to learn the ropes of the music and entertainment industry; learning everything he could about marketing and promoting concerts to media outlets. Following suit, he then received the opportunity to shadow a top sales rep at Univision Radio, and eventually established a partnership with a Fortune 500 company; where he was trusted to run their entire marketing campaign and expand their connections with the Hispanic communities. During all this time, he was still in college finishing his degree. But, Mr. San Jose was hungry for more and he persisted to complete my degree and then connect with Cardenas Marketing Network; successfully acquiring an account with Diageo, one of the largest liquor companies in the world within the first (6) months of my employment there. Mr. San Jose's continued success in organizing events and acquiring celebrity endorsements led to becoming the youngest person to work at Clear Channel Media & Entertainment (Chicago), the largest media company in the U.S.; where he was trusted to manage their marketing and advertising, and coordinate autograph signings, appearances, and more for Fortune 500 client, Miller-Coors. Notably, Mr. San Jose then closed the largest local deal in history at the Chicago office for Clear Channel by establishing relationships with several top NFL agents and charity reps; ultimately organizing a partnership to promote the Ronald McDonald House Charity. This initiative became incredibly successful, and contributed to raising over 1.8M to build the worlds largest Ronald McDonald house located in the heart of downtown Chicago. Being a true visionary, Mr San Jose recognized where preparation met opportunity, by parlaying his innate ability to close deals at the highest of levels along with his high net worth rolodex as a licensed Real Estate Broker (Illinois).
