Dave is a Maryland native, Towson University graduate with a degree in finance and economics. Starting his career in 1993 as a licensed real estate appraiser, after years of experience and continued education obtained the prestigious SRA designation through the Appraisal Institute. As owner of Avalon Appraisers, he decided to expand into the real estate sales industry using his knowledge and expertise to assist his clients with the buying and selling of one of the largest financial and emotional investments of their lifetimes in the Maryland and Pennsylvania.
