'I am an experienced researcher who craves information and learning new industries. This is evident y my diverse work experience which egan with managing multi-family units in Stockton California during 2014. I have since expanded my management portfolio into Sacramento and maintain pristine conditions of my uildings. In 2018 I worked as an executive assistant for the California High-Speed Rail Authority where I researched and recorded acquired land parcels, created and presented overview of the project and future plans for construction, and wrote progress reports. In 2021 I started working as the Legislative Correspondence Analyst for the California Board of Registered Nursing where I expedited licensure of over 200 registered nurses, transcried informational data and produced reports, created training packages for new hires, and acted as the primary liaison etween the Governors office and the oard. That same year I started working as a residential real estate agent, closing my first deal y April of that year. I have since worked with nearly a dozen residential clients and have now egun my journey into the commercial sector as a research associate with Colliers.'
