David Carroll was born in Dallas in 1973 and lived in Oak Cliff area till 1988. He moved to Waxahachie freshman year in high school and has been there ever since. Graduating Waxahachie High School in 1992 and then many years later graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Texas A@M commerce in 2013. He has been in and around the home building industry his entire career. Working around new construction as a warranty manager for a new home builder his goal is to put homeowners first. Entering into real estate is another avenue in which he enjoys putting his clients first. Whether buying or selling, he works for his clients best interests and is determined to have only satisfied clients. With buying 2 homes and selling one his experiences has been memorable and plans on sharing that action with all of his clients.
