David A. Markman, originally from Modesto, California, where he grewup playing football, wrestling, and kickboxing, pursued highereducation at Michigan State University, earning a Bachelor's degreein Finance in 2007. He continued his studies at the University ofNevada - Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, where heobtained his Juris Doctorate in 2011. During law school, David gainedvaluable experience through externships at the Las Vegas CityAttorney's Office and with the Honorable Douglas Smith of theEighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Aftergraduating, David focused on insurance defense but grew disillusionedwith how insurance companies treated injured individuals. This ledhim to join a major personal injury firm in Las Vegas, where heplayed a key role in recovering millions of dollars for clients.Motivated by his experiences, David decided to establish his own lawfirm to better serve those affected by insurance companies and otherpowerful entities.A member of the Nevada State Bar, Davidhas represented clients in various courts, including the NevadaSupreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit. Notably, hewas counsel in a class action lawsuit against Zuffa LLC, securing amulti-million dollar settlement.
