David Evans-Fant was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and grew up in the area, attending North Little Rock High School and Pulaski Technical School. Along with his real estate career, David currently works as an Architectural Drafter and Designer. With a background in architectural design and drafting, he has honed his skills in visualizing and translating plans into reality. His experience collaborating with builders, contractors, and designers gives him a deep understanding of the local market and the construction process. This knowledge allows him to guide clients through the real estate journey, from finding the perfect property to envisioning its potential. David currently lives in Benton, having moved there in 2014. He obtained his real estate license in February 2024. Passionate about giving back to the community, he volunteers at the Arkansas Food Bank and co-leads a financial literacy class with his husband to empower people with debt management skills. In his free time, David enjoys capturing the beauty of the Natural State and other regions through photography, exploring the outdoors through hikes and walks, and soaking up the scenery by waterfalls.
