Updating my review just to note that I’m still working to recover the $740 they charged me for tax services and then never did the work. I’ll update if this is resolved and would encourage anyone looking for a CPA to avoid.I would stay away....

Don’t use them! This is not David Alexander anymore it’s a new super scam company. I had no notification of the changes and that he retired. They even emailed from the same email addresses that I had previously corresponded with the company...

Horrible start to trying become a client. The operator was annoying and frustrating maybe it’s for the best I can’t imagine how an actual rep would been if there operator was already a problem and issues.
