David A. Hurst's practice is concentrated in the areas of structured finance, securitization, and public company representation. David represents underwriters, issuers, and collateral managers in a wide range of complex matters involving the securitization of traditional and non-traditional assets and related warehouse lending, with an emphasis on advising clients in connection with US collateralized loan obligations. In addition, David represents underwriters and issuers in public equity offerings, including initial, follow-on, and at-the-market offerings. David also advises public companies with respect to ongoing reporting and disclosure obligations, proxy solicitations, and related corporate and compliance matters.
