Mr. Rash is admitted to practice in Florida and Louisiana, including all state and federal courts in these two states. Mr. Rash was also the recipient of the Loyola Law Clinic, Charles C. Foti, Jr. Award for Excellence and Dedication in the Field of Criminal Justice, 1990, and has been awarded his 1st Dan, from the World Taekwondo Federation (Kukkiwon Headquarters), 2005. Outside of his work as a trial lawyer, Mr. Rash loves helping the community by regularly volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
