David is a Senior Vice President for Pinnacle City Living, Cushman & Wakefield's multifamily joint venture in New York City. He works with several institutional clients in the New York City area, including Rockpoint, Blackrock, Brookfield, Pennrose, Greenland USA, BFC Partners, and Yihai Group.Before joining the company, David was the Chief Operating Officer for CompassRock Real Estate and oversaw 33,000 apartments including 13,000 apartments in New York City for institutional clients including CW Capital Asset Management, LNR Partners and TIAA-CREF. He also served as Vice President of Operations for Laramar Communities' Northeast portfolio and was responsible for property operations, receiverships, construction management, due diligence, and consulting engagements in the New York City, Philadelphia and Boston markets.Other notable experience includes Vice President of Operations for The Dermot Company where David oversaw a $1 billion institutional multifamily portfolio and the compliance of three affordable developments in New York City. He was also a Principal Consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services (formally PwC Consulting) and provided management consulting services such as operations analysis, process improvement and financial modelling.
