David comes from a family of mortgage and real estate professionals covering the Southern California residential market for over 40 years. Having been raised and mentored by industry veterans, mortgage financing is naturally a second language for David. David graduated from Pepperdine University with Summa Cum Laude honors, double majoring in economics and philosophy. Outside the office, David's two children keep him on his feet.
