David A. Haub Broker, Principal David graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Southern California in 1994. He entered the field of mortgage finance in 1998, originating loans for purchases and refinancing residential properties. He is the principal owner and broker of CalTerra Financial & CalTerra Partners. In addition to navigating the direction of the company, David provides individualized mortgage analysis for clients. David served in the United States Naval Reserves, 1990-1998, and is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War.
