David Hasbrouck

David Hasbrouck is an Executive Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield based in its Los Angeles office. He has been with C&W for over 30 years and is recognized throughout the commercial real estate industry as having one of the broadest practices and deepest track records executing in large and complex transactions. He specializes in the analysis, disposition, and acquisition of commercial, office, and industrial properties for institutional investors, developers, and corporate users. His completed assignments include the consummation of over 31 million sf of corporate user transactions including numerous major office and industrial build-to-suits. He has also managed the disposition of 10 major "in fill" redevelopment sites totaling in excess of 700 acres, 11 trophy office towers, 55 industrial parks, and the sale of the largest off airport parking lots at both LAX and the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airports. He has completed transactions in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Ohio, and Virginia.He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the American Real Estate Association, and the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks.Mr. Hasbrouck served on the Board of Directors of Cushman & Wakefield from 2000 to 2008 and is presently a member of its Advisory Board. During his tenure at C&W, he has been ranked the Top C&W Broker for the Western Region on seven occasions and he has consistently ranked among the top 10% of the firm's brokers. Mr. Hasbrouck was awarded the firm's National Deal of the Year Award in 1997 and 2000 and was awarded the coveted National Client Service Excellence Award in 2003
