    Had them out today, I was not home but my fiancé told me they were polite, professional, and told her multiple options to save us money… we have to replace our heat pump and furnace, we will be going through Dave’s as their professionalism...

    Rude and condescending. When I called the office to voice my concerns I received the same attitude from the "lady" on the phone. Very unprofessional.
