As an alumni of Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville (SIUE), I'm a proud family-oriented individual with a passion for giving back to my community. I've been happily married to my wife, Dana Strong, for 30 years, and together, we have four amazing children and six grandchildren who keep our lives full of joy and adventure.With a deep commitment to youth development, I've had the privilege of coaching and mentoring local athletes. I served as a coach for Little Tiger's football and middle school sports teams for the Pacific Indians, and I'm currently proud to be a sponsor for the YMCA youth soccer program.In my free time, you'll likely find me surrounded by family, on the soccer field supporting the next generation, or out on the water casting a line during a relaxing fishing trip. I'm driven by the values of teamwork, leadership, and family--principles that shape both my personal life and my professional endeavors.
