My actual company name is David L. Gearhart General Contractor LLC. I have two Oregon State registered Business Names; Full House Painting and Dave the Handyman. Dave the Handyman is my secondary business. The number of employees I have hired at once ranges from 3-10. All of my employees are legal US citizens or legal to work in the US. I carry worker's comp insurance for all employees. I will only use sub-contractors if I disclose it in the bid. My CCB# is 182619. I carry $2,000,000.00 of Liability insurance and have a $20,000 Bond. Bids/estimates are always free. I have 30+ years experience in general handy-work and painting.
