Darin Eppich joins the entire team from Corey Nelson Partners at Sotheby's International Realty in their latest venture, Robust Real Estate, as a Principal. While at Sotheby's, the team generated over 300 million in sales and was named as one of the Top Real Estate Teams in the US by Real Trends. Darin has been an Angeleno since 2010, and has a vast knowledge of a variety of neighborhoods having lived in a few and worked all over the city since arriving. Darin was featured in Wall Street Journal and Mansion Global by providing insight to "The Repairs That Will Help Sell Your House in a Cooling Market." Darin's interest in real estate began while attending Arizona State's W.P. Carey School of Business in which he graduated at the top of his business school being awarded the Duncan Jennings Scholar Award. During the recession in 2009, Darin saw an investment opportunity in the up-and-coming Phoenix neighborhood of Arcadia with a fixer-upper home. Darin was able to renovate the property by getting his hands dirty and learning how to do many of the renovation projects in his off time from work. Darin transitioned to real estate after spending more than 10 years as an Entertainment Professional managing tv, film and commercial productions that include Oscar Winners and Hollywood Legends: Harrison Ford, Sam Rockwell, Josh Brolin, Jeff Bridges, Benicio Del Toro and so on. Many of his clients come from this industry as Darin has a passion to help as many of his former peers by holding webinar workshops to educate them. Prior to entertainment, Darin spent more than 6 years as a Global Sales Consultant responsible for maintaining multi-million dollar annual spends while still increasing global spends with Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T, Chevron, Halliburton and Saudi Aramco. Darin comes from a mantra of values that he proudly declares are part of being born in the Midwest, specifically Detroit. These values start with rolling up sleeves work ethic, moral compass, research and strong value in relationships. Darin believes that doing the right thing for all parties involved is a key to success and he looks forward to bringing these values to Robust and his clients.
