"Danny" Danilo Perez has been in the Real Estate profession since 2002 and he is an Associate Broker. He has experienced different economic climates throughout his career, and he admits that each year has been an extraordinary experience for him. What gives Danny an edge in Real Estate, he is continuously working with both buyer and seller clients in today's market. Helping many buyer clients throughout the years also helped him better understand and negotiate purchase contracts for his seller clients. His experience structured him to be a great negotiator for the best possible outcome. Helping people in Real Estate continues to be his passion, therefore he's always looking for ways to improve his professional service and customer satisfaction by attending seminars and training every year. Danny has sold hundreds of homes in the Bay Area and Central Valley, he understands the price points and real estate market well in those areas. Before he entered the real estate profession, he had a background in Web Database Development and was employed with several Silicon Valley companies. Danny's past experience leveraged him to be a well-rounded professional learning all about, organization, time-management, working successfully with team members, communication, and great listening skills. He was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has now been a Manteca/Tracy resident since 2003.Danny also works with investor clients, fix and flips and helps investors maximize their investments by helping set up professional staging and Digital Photos, and all the preparations to sell for Top Dollar!
