With nearly a decade of experience in short term & investment property rentals and a lifetime of passion for building wealth through real estate, Danielle prides herself on serving as a true consultant throughout the mortgage lending process. Danielle grew up with parents who were active in real estate investment, and she knows how powerful it can be to own a home. Following their lead, she purchased her first home at the age of 24 and has never looked back. Now, Danielle is using her knowledge and expertise to help homebuyers finance their dream homes, all while educating them on the value of homeownership and how to capitalize on their situation. She proudly guides borrowers in all aspects of the purchasing decision from start to finish - and then some. When she's not in the office, Danielle enjoys taking advantage of all Colorado has to offer - from rafting and skiing to volleyball and four-wheeling.
