Daniel Spencer is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. He has significant litigation experience defending employers in individual and multi-plaintiff lawsuits regarding workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Mr. Spencer counsels employers on a wide range of employment-related issues, including wage and hour laws, employee discipline and termination, whistleblower claims, lay-off procedures, and reasonable accommodations. Mr. Spencer also has defended individuals against claims of sexual assault and sexual harassment in Title IX administrative hearings.Prior to working at Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Spencer was an associate with a Los-Angeles civil defense firm where his practice focused on Labor & Employment and Professional Negligence defense.Mr. Spencer is also currently serving as Captain in the California Army National Guard and is assigned as an Operational Law Attorney with the 40th Infantry Division in Los Alamitos, California.
