People say follow your passions or pursue your dreams...Is it ever too late? Absolutely not!I am a husband and a father (to two boys). I love my family and love the journey we've been on.I have been in the aerospace industry for 20 years now and have experience in a plethora of fields, now in Engineering. However, its not my passion...I love real estate, love home projects...CONFESSION!!! I frequently watch YouTube videos learning how to do various projects (that have benefited my own house, my friends' homes, and my church) or will find myself watching roofers, electricians, general contractors do what they do (can you say awkward much? haha). I love it. I remember buying my first home at 23 and fully renovating it.Two life lessons that I've learned and applied (along the way):Integrity - What you do, what you say, how you do it...it all matters. In my life, integrity meant fabricating aircraft parts because the pilots life depended on it...or speaking truthfully with US Government representatives about what I was workingHaving a calibrated eye - While working the shop floors, a seasoned aircraft structures mechanic named "Mike" taught (the 18yr old) me how to use various tools and how to have a calibrated eye, but he also taught me how to employ it in life. So for me, it traversed to the home projects I worked on.With these life lessons, my love for homes, and my desire to be your advocate, I want you to be able to walk through the front doors and feel like you could settle without the worry.
