Daniel Wills

While not considered a native, Danny has been in the Charlotte area since 1984. He grew up in South Charlotte and spent most summer weekends on Lake Norman. After graduating from Appalachian State University and moving around in the corporate world, he's been "home" in the Lake Norman area since 2003. Danny spent almost 25 years in sales and sales leadership roles at large corporations such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Sprint, and Cintas Corporation. After spending 13+ years leading various sales teams at a large German-based manufacturing company, he went through a corporate restructuring and decided it was time for a career change. Danny understands the importance of open communication and building trust through strong relationships. He utilizes his extensive business background to help his clients have a great experience whether they are buying, selling, or investing in real estate. Danny is married with a daughter and son who were raised in the Lake Norman area. He likes to stay active whether it be traveling to new places, hiking in the mountains, or just playing with his two chocolate labs, Willie and Boone. Being an organ donor recipient himself, Danny is passionate about organ donation and is a Kidney Transplant Mentor through Atrium Health.
