Prior to being a FL Realtor the past 11 yrs, I was a Sr RF Systems Engineer Consultant in the wireless communications industry for 10 yrs. I worked with several Fortune 500 corporations, such as Agilent, Motorola, Sprint PCS, PrimeCo (Verizon) Alltel, a couple of start-ups, but always studied real estate, architecture, carpentry/woodworking, renovation. I've always had a love of architecture fine homes, so to put myself through college, I worked for several contractors as a remodeler, carpenter, roofer, electrician, where I developed all the skills needed to build renovate homes. My lifelong interest extensive knowledge in these areas lead me to personally invest in renovate properties. That developed into a full time career as a Realtor mortgage broker, which then advanced to getting my real estate Broker's license to open Castle Properties Investments (and also the RealtyPRO Network).
