Daniel is the Owner and Manager of Eretz Capital LLC. Daniel created EC after leaving Washington Mutual in 2006, where he helped manage a $200 billion mortgage portfolio. His responsibilities included the management of non-performing assets. Prior to that, Daniel spent four years with Greenwich Capital Markets in Greenwich Connecticut, servicing the treasury desk, managing mortgage collateral for their lending operations and managing the back office of their distressed bank paper desk. He takes his ten plus years as a financial real estate analyst into all that encompasses EC.
