I am first a father and husband, and then an author and mortgage consultant. I believe in a mortgage lenders fiduciary duty to act in a way that keeps the clients interest first, and I try to advise my clients in a way that is similar to what I would do if I were in their situation. My business philosophy is that when you do great things for people and ask nothing in return, good things happen. I also make my main focus the objective PLANNING on behalf of my clients. Any loans that I do are a byproduct of a cohesive, well thought out plan. The area where I really excel is with VA loans. I am a Marine Corps Veteran and am not only well versed in the VA loan, but veteran issues. I am very involved with the veteran community, sit on boards of veteran centered non-profits, and am an expert at teaching agents and professionals better serve veterans in our community.
