Danny has been an industry leader, in Real Estate, since 1988, moving into loans in 1996. Quickly becoming a top producer with a Southern California Savings & Loan, he moved back to Chico in 1996, after being educated at California State University, Long Beach. In 1999, he became the eighth branch to join Big Valley Mortgage, with the dba Access Real Estate Lending. He has served on the Advisory Committee of American Pacific Mortgage Corporation (the parent company) for over a decade, assisting in the structure and facilitation of what has become over 190 branches, being influential in decision making processes that generate efficiency, competency, and overall success for individuals, and the company. The art of structuring a loan, knowing guidelines, and understanding the particulars of a transaction, in order to make the transaction work, are what set Danny aside from most loan originators. In an industry of constant change, and guidelines variances on a monthly basis, working with someone so closely tuned into the intricacies of the industry will help people get through the loan process, somewhat effortlessly, even after the financial crisis created a different playing field, for putting borrowers through the loan process. A huge supporter of the community, Danny enjoys dedicating his time as a School Board Member, in Paradise, a member of Rotary International since 2000, and a constant support of Education through sponsorships of Chico State University, field trips for numerous school children to be exposed to Music and The Arts for a number of school districts, and in collaboration with Rotary International, was paramount in sponsoring and administering a concert serious with performers of the likes of Ottmar Liebert and Norton Buffalo, who's proceeds, in excess of $40,000, went to bring potable water to third-world countries. If you know Danny, you know music is synonymous with his name. His lovely wife Cheri always says that, "(she) married a music man." Danny loves his wife and three children, and enjoys family and friends immensely.
