I am a litigator, whose practice focuses on trust and probate litigation--the fights over money and control after people die. I also handle related disputes involving the division and control of businesses and property immediately before and after death. My cases are generally tough and complicated by both the law and interpersonal history. I do well at these because I am able to constistently and efficiently navigate my clients through the maze of conflict to a successful position. There are far easier ways to make a living as a lawyer, but I have chosen this niche as my own because I like the challenge, the complexity and the opportunity to help solve the problem--one way or another.
