Dan team is always responsive and able to get a deal done. Even when a hurdle is reached, Dan is able to quickly figure out solutions. Without a doub, best lender I have ever worked with.

Dan and is team saved us from a sticky mortgage situation where our appraisal came in really low but even with short notice his team was able to get us sorted out quickly and in time for our scheduled close.
