    I got a quote on their website, got a call (actually took a total of 5 calls over the course of a week for some reason... ) to confirm all the details were correct. Surprise! The premium was now $400% higher than the quoted...

    Call this morning for a quote for my vehicle, 5 hours later still no emails, no phone calls… call the customer service they put me on hold for 20 minutes…. Obviously Mr Purcell don’t need new customer, if i were you don’t even bother calling...
