I’m Dan Aiken, a mortgage originator with 38 years of experience serving the Southside of Atlanta. My journey in this industry has been deeply fulfilling, especially as I specialize in VA financing. It’s an honor to assist those who have served our country, and I take pride in being recognized as one of the top VA loan officers in Georgia throughout my career. I work alongside my wife, Karen, who brings 37 years of expertise as a loan officer's assistant and a closer for various local closing attorneys and mortgage companies. She is my "secret weapon," and together, we form the best team on the Southside. What inspires me daily is witnessing kind and empathetic people succeed. I believe that success isn’t solely measured in dollars; it’s about respect and perception. The loyalty of my repeat customers is my true measure of success, and I’m grateful to have built a thriving business through these relationships. I genuinely enjoy helping people, whether they are easy to work with or present a challenge. Often, the tougher clients become my best referral sources, reminding me that the "people" aspect of this career is what keeps me motivated.   Outside of work, I’m actively involved in my community, serving on the board of the Peachtree City Dog Park and volunteering for local causes. I love my community and am always ready to lend a hand. In my free time, I enjoy working on cars, fishing, and participating in team trivia. A fun fact about me is that I appeared on "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" with Meredith Viera in 2012. I also have a passion for classic cars, showcasing my 1968 Camaro Convertible at local shows. With a 33-acre lake in my backyard, I look forward to sharing my love for fishing with my grandkids as "Grampy Dan." As I often say, “Helping others is not just my job; it’s my passion.
