Cynthia is licensed to practice law in Tennessee (1988) and Georgia (1994), and regularly practices in State and federal courts. Her concentration areas include health care contracting, medical malpractice defense, FLSA, FMLA and civil rights violations, business formation and disputes, personal injury, products liability and workers' compensation. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (1985) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law (1988). While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Board (1986-1988), Freshman Moot Court Champion (1986); a member of Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity (1986-1988) and held the position of Secretary, Phi Alpha Delta (1987-1988). She has been a member of and involved in numerous bar organizations including as a Member, Shelby County Bar, 1988-1993; a Member, Baldwin County (Georgia) Bar, 1993-1997; Member, Putnam County Bar, 2000 - current; Member, Upper Cumberland Trial Lawyers, 2005 - current; Vice President, Upper Cumberland Trial Lawyers, 2010-2012; President, Upper Cumberland Trial Lawyers, 2012-2014.
