Cindy has been serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers across Northeastern Pennsylvania for over 20 years. She specializes in rural acreage, unique recreation opportunities and investment properties. Cindy provides friendly and professional service to her clients representing their interests. Serving Pike, Wayne, Susquehanna, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wyoming, Bradford, Sullivan, Monroe and Carbon counties. Cindy graduated from Gettysburg College with a degree in Biology and earned a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University. She has been involved in real estate sales, land conservation, land management, and local land regulation for over 25 years. Cindy has experience in real estate transactions, appraisal valuation, zoning and subdivision regulations, land protection agreements, grant writing, and minimal impact development. She is the past chair of the Pike County Planning Commission, and has been involved with land use planning, land conservation strategies and land valuations as they pertain to rural properties.
