Lance is a long time business owner, but newcomer to the real estate business. Lance is excited about the opportunities real estate presents to him as well as the communities of which he is involved. Lance avidly participates and volunteers in the Bosqueville community. Lance is currently the vice president of the Bosqueville school board and has been the "voice of the bulldogs" since 2004, were he does the PA announcing for athletic events. He is a past president and current member of the Bosqueville Baseball Association Board. Lance has previously served as a youth minister over a ten year span. Lance is very active and continues to volunteer for his church. Lance is a multi-generational resident of Waco and has been married to his wife, Kristy, for 21 years. He has 3 biological kids, Kyle (21), Lizzie (18), Maya (6), and is currently in the process of adopting another child, Magnolia (5). Lance's favorite hobbies are watching his children play sports and coaching them. Lance's older son and daughter attend Texas State University where his daughter is a member of the softball team. Establishing roots in the right community is of utmost importance and Lance is excited to be a part of your journey.
