Crystal, who joined 1st Security Bank Home Lending in 2014, graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. After graduation, she began her career as a financial statement auditor for Deloitte & Touche in Seattle. Once her oldest son was born, Crystal and her husband decided to move back to Tri-Cities to be closer to family. The Tri-Cities native started her mortgage career at Golf Savings Bank as a loan officer assistant and processor, learning the business from the start of application through closing. As a result of her past experience, she efficiently manages the loan process, allowing her customers to enjoy the experience of purchasing a home. Golf Savings Bank was ranked among the top five home lenders in the state of Washington. Its success led to its purchase in 2006 by Sterling Savings Bank. During her time at Golf/Sterling, Crystal was a member of the Chairman's Club, which consisted of the top producers for the entire company. Crystal's strong knowledge of the lending industry and its regulations, combined with her attention to detail, contribute to her success as a loan officer. Her clients appreciate her dedication and enthusiasm, and her expertise in dealing with clientele, ranging from first-time buyers to experienced real estate investors. Specializing in down payment assistance programs, Crystal enjoys teaching first time homebuyer classes on a regular basis. She finds nothing more rewarding then helping families create a home to call their own. Crystal enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons.
