Crystal Persaud provides efficient legal solutions to clients while bringing clarity to complex financial matters. She represents a variety of institutional lenders, investors, developers and borrowers in various financial real estate transactions. Crystal has significant experience representing tenants and landlords in all commercial leasing matters. She is also experienced in the management of large-scale lease portfolios, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, and company restructurings. Crystal's experience covers a range of asset classes, including offices, retail, warehouses, showrooms, mixed-use developments and undeveloped sites throughout the United States. Following law school, Crystal served as in-house counsel at Empire State Realty Trust, Inc., where she handled real estate finance, leasing and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Crystal worked for an AMLaw100 international law firm in New York.
