My extensive experience as a professional in Business Administration was oriented to sales management, which allowed me to lead excellent sales teams, plan and implement different strategies in the mass consumer industry in Venezuela, which has given me the skills to effectively represent buyers and sellers in real estate negotiations. Originally from Venezuela, I arrived in the city of St. Augustine with big dreams to fulfill, one of them was to find the best option for the education of my son with autism, and so it was, since here are the best special education programs in the state of Florida. Outside of real estate, I had the opportunity to found a non-profit organization (FAUTIS) in my country, to support low-income families of children with autism, through charity events to cover part of their treatments and support their education, work that I have continued with the support of the Autism Rights Movement. Today I feel part of this community, with its beautiful landscapes, and its wonderful people, where I have been made to feel at home and I am proud that it is constantly growing and expanding, a community that provides opportunities to all without distinction, to which I want to bring my enthusiastic and positive attitude to guide each client to meet their real estate goals. Mi amplia experiencia como profesional en Administracion de Empresas estuvo orientada a la gerencia de ventas, lo que me permitio liderar excelentes equipos de ventas, planificar e implementar diferentes estrategias en la industria del consumo masivo en Venezuela, lo que me ha dado las habilidades para representar efectivamente a compradores y vendedores en negociaciones inmobiliarias. Originaria de Venezuela, llegue a la ciudad de San Agustin con grandes suenos por cumplir, uno de ellos era encontrar la mejor opcion para la educacion de mi hijo con autismo, y asi fue, ya que aqui se encuentran los mejores programas de educacion especial del estado de Florida. Fuera de los bienes raices, tuve la oportunidad de fundar una organizacion sin fines de lucro (FAUTIS) en mi pais, para apoyar a las familias de bajos recursos de ninos con autismo, a traves de eventos beneficos para cubrir parte de sus tratamientos y apoyar su educacion, labor que he continuado con el apoyo del Movimiento por los Derechos del Autismo. Hoy me siento parte de esta comunidad, con sus hermosos paisajes, y su maravillosa gente, donde me han hecho sentir como en casa y me enorgullece que este en constante crecimiento y expansion, una comunidad que brinda oportunidades a todos sin distincion, a la que quiero aportar mi actitud entusiasta y positiva para guiar a cada cliente a cumplir sus objetivos inmobiliarios.
