Hello, let me introduce myself. I was born in Peru until I was 16, I lived in Venezuela for 9 years, moved to Utah when I was 27 and had my family and raised 2 kids, who are adults and pretty much independent now. We moved to Virginia in 2011 and moved again to North Carolina in 2014. No grandkids yet, just grand dogs and cats :) I love running, outdoor seeing but enjoying the comfort of indoors and modern living! I like North Carolina! There is a lot to see and do with the perfect weather for different activities throughout the year. I have a background in accounting/finances that help me understand the how's and when the money moves in buying/selling a property. My experience moving to different states from west to east, opened my eyes to how important the roll of a good real estate agent is.
