We are a full service contractor with 20 years experience, approx 10 to 15 employees with the capability of adding more during busier mths. Our billing procedure varies depending on type and size of project. We generally break a project payment plan down to equal draw amounts devided by estimated time to complete project. This method has worked well for us as well as our great customers. From time to time we do offer discounts depending on the project. At this time we are working to provide project financing as well on larger projects.
