Courtney Kirk was born and raised in Rockwall, TX, and proudly serves the community she knows and loves. With years in customer service experience, Courtney brings strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to every real estate transaction - ensuring her clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.Courtney attended Dallas Baptist University and earned a BBA in Finance with a minor in marketing. While at DBU, she served as president of Chi Theta Alpha, and as service officer for an additional two years in which she coordinated activities with military groups and first responders. Her education at DBU sharpened her ability to evaluate market trends, negotiate competitive deals, and craft marketing strategies that help properties stand out.Courtney first entered the real estate world as an investor in multi-family properties, which led to her desire to pursue the residential real estate market in order to help serve the incredible community she grew up in and knows well. Her passion for caring for others, paying attention to details, and striving for excellence made real estate the perfect career choice, and she hasn't looked back.Courtney now lives in Heath, TX with her wonderful family and their dog, Hailey. She spends her free time playing pickleball, working out at the gym, and spending quality time with family and friends.
