When working with buyers, I'm attuned to their hot button issues, and excellent at both finding them their perfect home and guiding them through the negotiation process. I started in real estate in Ohio in 2000, where I successfully sold homes for two years with Sibcy Cline Realtors. Upon relocating to Pennsylvania, I branched into corporate sales positions, spending several years with Hersheypark, then in veterinary pharmaceutical sales before returning to real estate full time in 2010. My focus is in the west side of Baltimore County, northern Howard County, and eastern Carroll County. I hold a BS degree in Risk Management from The Florida State University, am a 2010 graduate of the Investors United School of Real Estate Investing, and a Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist (C-REPS).
