Most of the quotes that you receive from lenders on Zillow are auto-quotes. This means a machine calculated the data you submitted and spit back an answer regarding your eligibility. WHY AM I DIFFERENT? I personally review your loan proposal and quote or pre-approve you based on the most updated rates. I also only quote loans that I feel that I can approve. DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE? Did you know that most counties and states have thousands of dollars set aside of interest free money to cover most of your down payment funds?
