Originally from Crystal Lake, Illinois, Cortney has lived in Savannah for 26 years and loves all it has to offer! She attended Purdue University until she met her now-husband, Ken, and transferred to Texas Tech University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Interior Design. After marrying Ken in 1992, they moved to Savannah and have lived on Wilmington Island since 1994. They have two grown daughters, Meg and Zoe, both born and raised in Savannah. Cortney and Ken live on the water and enjoy exploring the intercoastal waterways and amazing sunsets. In 2005, they invested in real estate and established a property management business. Cortney has been the primary manager of their multiple rental properties on Wilmington and Whitemarsh Islands. She has also managed several vacation rentals in downtown Savannah and on Tybee Island.Collectively, giving her 15 years of experience in Savannah's residential community.
