Prior to becoming a Broker in 1997, I was an attorney specializing in civil litigation and contract drafting, negotiation and interpretation. The traits that allowed me to excel as an attorney--my work ethic, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to my clients--make me uniquely qualified to represent you with competence, dedication, and professionalism. Today's buyers and sellers have access to a wealth of information from many different sources. I believe the key ingredient to interpreting this information is to partner with the right real estate professional. My advanced knowledge of the real estate market, specific to Chicagoland, and my understanding of the latest market trends, provide my clients with a practical and useful resource throughout the process. I am committed to providing effective marketing with a wide web presence, professional photography, and a variety of "outside the box" solutions to position each home to the most buyers. I work tirelessly when representing my clients to get their property shown, under contract and closed, anticipating all the potential issues and dealing with them before they arise. I am an active member of C.A.R. and am involved with the Professional Standards Committee, assisting with both Arbitration and Ethics hearings. I am a current @gives back Communit Fund Board Member, supporting Chicagoland community nonprofits. I graduated from Stetson University, Cum Laude, and from Florida State University School of Law, with Honors. While at law school I was an Articles and Notes Editor for the Law Review. I have happily called Chicago home for over 25 years.
