    Submitted my taxes with incorrect address after I pointed out the error and told them to correct it. Overpriced, poor service, pain to get a hold of, never reached out to me after saying they would.

    THIS IS THE WORST POSSIBLE TAX PREP PLACE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!!!!!!
    OVERPRICED & LOST MY TAXES!!!
    KNOWINGLY REMOVED DATA SO THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE THIS INFO.
    AWFUL, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
