I am the broker and owner of Beverly Realty located in South Orange County. I have been involved in Real Estate since 1973. Getting my first taste of the industry working for escrow companies. Then in 1990 I took courses in real estate and passed the state exam. I was a successful Loan Officer achieving top awards at every mortgage company I worked for. Then in 1994 I changed to selling real estate and achieved the President's Award my first 3 months. I love working with buyers and being able to tell them how each process works and what to expect. Since I have worked in escrow, mortgage and real estate. I also studied Interior design in college, which gives me the ability to see the properties potential and open the eyes of the buyers to it.
