Laptop USB drives failed. I had tried driver updates etc with no results. Thought it was a hardware issue and not about to attempt DIY. Brought it to Computer Tech at 10 a.m. and it was done by noon. Turns out it was multiple software/OS issues....

I was very happy with work that Vinny did on my laptop. If I ever need any work done on any of them again . I will be going back to Vinny.
