Colleen Golden

A REALTOR since 2016, Colleen has helped her clients with their Real Estate goals and fulfill dreams. Prior to Real Estate, Colleen was as an Account Manager for the Campbell Soup Company. She has also had multiple positions in the Interior Design industry and offers complimentary staging and design advice for her sellers. The negotiating skills she acquired as an account manager and her creativity has proven to be beneficial for her clients. Colleen will review the buying and selling process and share her knowledge and expertise to provide you with a stress-free experience. Utilizing all the marketing tools Coldwell Banker Realty has to offer, she will be by your side to manage each step and guide you from your first introduction all the way to Closing. Originally from the North Shore, Colleen and her family reside in Hanover and have enjoyed summers at their home in Harwich on Cape Cod for over 15 years. Her three children attended Boston College High School and Notre Dame Academy, two are now college graduates and her youngest son attends Fordham University. Colleen enjoys painting, beach walks on the South Shore and Cape Cod, attending college sporting events, and has recently started playing Pickleball.
