Hello! I'm Colin Wanke and I work with Classic Properties Real Estate based out of Champlin,MN located in the Northwest Suburbs of the Greater Twin Cities Area. Classic Properties has been involved in the real estate profession for 20+ years and is all about community and local outreach! My mother-in-law is my broker so it really is a family thing! I've lived all over the twin cities, including Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Eden Prairie, and now Champlin,MN. I grew up in Saint Paul right on Cathedral Hill near the legendary Saint Paul Cathedral. I have worked in the inner city as a musician and local arts volunteer. Recently, I decided to become a real estate agent because I want to HELP PEOPLE.
