Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Coleman worked as a financial analyst for a principal as an acquisition specialist where he developed the ability to underwrite retail assets. He uses his extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate space to accomplish his clients' objectives and stay on top of the ever-changing market trends. Coleman graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Miami University of Ohio along with a minor in Business. He is originally from Charleston, South Carolina, where he was a personal trainer and worked in the culinary industry for several years.
