A native from Upstate New York that relocated to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in 2002 to attend Coastal Carolina University. In 2004 he graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. During his senior year of college he started his real estate career. Since 2004 he has closed well over $100 Million in Transactions. In 2009 he was the #1 Buyer's Agent in the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtor's based on Sales Volume. He was also Sales Person of the Year for Sloan Realty Group from 2009-2013. In 2014, he opened "Rowe Ventures Realty". Specializing in Real Estate Investment. He is considered the go to real estate agent who can find the impossible for an unheard of price. He has bought and sold over 100 investment properties in the past 10 years, and has individual clients that have bought and sold over 100 properties in the past 3 years. He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and has proven success with all of his clients. Today, in addition to Real Estate Brokerage responsibilities, Colby spends the majority of his free time with his two young children.
